Reading the article alone does not require you to give us any personal data.

Why we use it

We use the details you submit to arrange the consultation call you asked for and to pass your request to the specialists, real estate agents or property valuation partners who may phone or email you about it. Our legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. We use technical records on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.

Who receives it

Your request may be shared with independent specialists, real estate agents and property valuation partners who respond to consultation requests, and with the hosting and IT providers that run this site on our behalf. We share it only for the purposes described in this notice.

How long we keep it

We keep a request only for as long as it is needed to arrange and follow up the consultation, and for any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of use or a portable copy, and you may object to its use or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what was done before you withdrew it. You may also complain to your data protection authority; for the operator, that is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing in Romania.
