returntocode.com is operated by Mediatrust Romania SRL, whose company details appear in the footer of every page. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What the site offers

The site publishes editorial features and hosts a request page. The features are general information. The request page lets you describe a piece of land or space and ask for a consultation call. Consultations are conducted by independent specialists under their own terms, and we do not promise any particular outcome from them.

Using the assessment request page

• Give accurate details about yourself and the property or land you describe.
• Submit a request only for property or land you own or are entitled to discuss.
• Understand that ticking the consent box allows specialists, real estate agents or property valuation partners to phone or email you about your request.
• Expect the consultation to be non-binding. Nothing you submit commits you to sell, lease or sign anything.

Content and accuracy

We take care to keep the articles accurate and calm in tone, but property and land values depend on location, zoning, condition, comparable recent sales and buyer demand. Nothing on the site is a valuation, an offer or professional advice. Text, layout and graphics on the site belong to the operator and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.

The site names independent specialists and partners only where the article attributes a statement to them. We are not responsible for the terms, advice or conduct of those third parties, and your dealings with them are governed by their own terms.
